Best 2026 Summer Travel Stacking Guide: 39 Deal Slots in 13 Weeks

13 weeks × 3 platforms = 39 stacking slots. I laid the full summer calendar flat for you.
This is not a lazy post. I pulled 13 weeks of three-platform activity from 6/1 to 8/31 into one matrix. KKday, Klook, Agoda all the way in. Every week you can look up which day to open which App, which card to swipe, which code to type. Worked examples after section 2. APP notification checklist at the end.
Key point: 92 days of summer, every week has activity, but no single week has all 3 platforms running 20% off at once. People who save well swipe KKday on Tuesday, Klook on Wednesday, Agoda on Saturday and split the orders apart. Stack 3 layers per week, 39 layers over the whole summer. That is the playbook I have ground out over 3 summers.
13-week calendar master table: 6/1 to 8/31 weekly platform activity matrix
Look at the big table first. I cross-referenced each platform's official weekly activity announcements against the 6/1 to 8/31 calendar to produce this. Every week follows the same rhythm.
| Week (start) | KKday (brand day) | Klook (credit-card day) | Agoda (credit card + bank page) |
|---|---|---|---|
| W1 (6/1 to 6/7) | Tue Busan day / Thu Japan day / Fri Taiwan day | Mon VISA 11% off / Wed E.Sun NT$4,000 off NT$333 | CTBC card page 6% off |
| W2 (6/8 to 6/14) | Wed SE Asia day / Thu Japan day / Sat Euro-US day | Fri CTBC LINE Pay hotel 10% rebate | Mastercard sitewide 8% off |
| W3 (6/15 to 6/21) | Tue Busan day / Thu Japan day / Sun AU-NZ day | Mon VISA 11% off / Wed E.Sun 333 | E.Sun Mastercard global hotel 16% off |
| W4 (6/22 to 6/28) | Wed SE Asia day / Thu Japan day / Fri Taiwan day | Sat Taishin JP-KR NT$5,000 off NT$800 | Sinopac BeiBei card 8% rebate |
| W5 (6/29 to 7/5) | Tue Busan day / Thu Japan day / Sat Euro-US day | Wed E.Sun 333 / Fri CTBC 10% | CTBC card 6% off |
| W6 (7/6 to 7/12) | Wed SE Asia day / Thu Japan day / Fri Taiwan day | Mon VISA 11% off / Sat Taishin 800 | Mastercard 8% off + Agoda VIP Silver 12% off |
| W7 (7/13 to 7/19) | Tue Busan day / Thu Japan day / Sun AU-NZ day | Wed E.Sun 333 / Thu Chang Hwa 16% | E.Sun JCB Japan hotel 14% off |
| W8 (7/20 to 7/26) | Wed SE Asia day / Thu Japan day / Fri Taiwan day | Fri CTBC 10% / Sat Taishin 800 | Sinopac debit card 15% off |
| W9 (7/27 to 8/2) | Tue Busan day / Thu Japan day / Sat Euro-US day | Mon VISA 11% off / Wed E.Sun 333 | CTBC card 6% off |
| W10 (8/3 to 8/9) | Wed SE Asia day / Thu Japan day / Fri Taiwan day | Thu Chang Hwa 16% / Sun DBS Eslite 15% off | Mastercard 8% off + VIP Gold 18% off |
| W11 (8/10 to 8/16) | Tue Busan day / Thu Japan day / Sun AU-NZ day | Wed E.Sun 333 / Sat Taishin 800 | E.Sun Mastercard 16% off |
| W12 (8/17 to 8/23) | Wed SE Asia day / Thu Japan day / Fri Taiwan day | Mon VISA 11% off / Fri CTBC 10% | CTBC card 6% off + Agoda Stay Longer 3 nights 20% off |
| W13 (8/24 to 8/31) | Tue Busan day / Thu Japan day / Sat Euro-US day | Wed E.Sun 333 / Sat Taishin 800 | Mastercard 8% off |
13 rows × 3 columns = 39 activity slots.
The key takeaway is that one table.
How to actually use this calendar (the 3-step weekly loop I run myself):
- Step 1: Sunday night, screenshot the row for the coming week and pin it in your phone notes. Cross-check which day each promo lands.
- Step 2: Set 3 calendar reminders for that week — KKday brand-day mornings (Tue/Thu/Fri 10am), Klook credit-card flash days (Mon/Wed/Sat 11am), and Agoda weekend window (Sat 9am).
- Step 3: At checkout, open the bank's dedicated card-holder page first (E.Sun / CTBC / Sinopac links below), then complete the booking through that gateway so the card discount actually applies.
That is it. Two minutes Sunday, three reminders for the week, one habit at checkout.
Rookie trap: every credit card promo requires you to enter via the bank's dedicated card-holder page first. You cannot just book from KKday, Klook or Agoda's homepage. Booking direct does not count as a promo. Agoda's E.Sun JCB link and E.Sun Mastercard link are 2 separate pages. I tripped on this myself the first time.
Every Tuesday is KKday Busan day: how to stack 3 layers
Per KKday official brand-day announcement, Tuesday is "Busan day". Busan, Daegu, Gyeongju area items with code KRGOBSD, spend NT$3,000 for 4% off.
Looks like only 4% off. Hold off on closing the tab. I will show you what stacks on top so you understand why I wait for Tuesday.
Stack structure (same order):
- KKday Busan-day discount code 4% off (layer 1)
- Cathay Shopee co-brand card 7% Shopee coin rebate (layer 2, card layer)
- KKday NT$1M travel cash lottery entry (auto-entered on a single order over NT$5,000)
Worked example: 6/2 (Tue) book one Busan 4D3N free-travel bundle at NT$8,400.
- Apply KRGOBSD → 8,400 × 0.96 = NT$8,064
- Cathay Shopee card swipe → rebate 8,064 × 7% = NT$564 Shopee coins
- Spend over NT$5,000 → auto entry into the prize lottery
Out of pocket NT$8,064, effective NT$7,500. NT$900 off retail, 564 Shopee coins on top, plus a NT$1M lottery ticket.
That one trip I planned a 6-day Seoul run for my sister and snagged 5 lottery entries. Like sitting on 5 tickets waiting for the draw.
Most-missed detail: the discount code and the credit card are 2 independent channels, both stack on the same order. But the lottery is "single-order out-of-pocket" over NT$5,000. Not "total spend over NT$5,000". Splitting one itinerary into 2 orders of NT$3,000 each means dropping out of the lottery. KKday customer service told me this directly.
Heads up: the qualifying amount is what you actually pay after the code is applied, not the retail sticker.
Never, ever split the order.
The full KKday code list crosschecks against KKday summer activity main page. Tuesday's KRGOBSD and Thursday's Japan-day JPDAY are 2 separate codes. They do not interchange.
Every Thursday: KKday Seoul day + Klook credit-card day, NT$1,200 saved, worked through
Same Thursday, KKday and Klook each have activity. The 2 platforms are independent, no conflict, and you can split into 2 orders to use each.
I ran this myself 5/16. Came home and reconciled the orders one by one for you.
| Order | Platform | Item | Retail | Discount | Card layer | Out of pocket |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ① | KKday | Seoul pass + WOWPASS | NT$3,200 | KRGOSLD 7% off | Cathay CUBE card 3.3% rebate | NT$2,876 |
| ② | Klook | Seoul Lotte World Tower tickets × 2 | NT$2,400 | VISA overseas 8% off | E.Sun Pi card 4% rebate | NT$2,120 |
| ③ | Klook | N Seoul Tower combo | NT$1,800 | CTBC card 4% off | LINE Pay extra 10% | NT$1,557 |
3 orders combined: retail NT$7,400, out of pocket NT$6,553. NT$847 in code discount + NT$300 in card rebate + LINE POINTS around NT$160, totalling NT$1,307. A Zhongshan hotpot dinner.
Honestly, Thursday is the deepest-discount day across the whole summer on average. KKday Seoul day KRGOSLD only needs NT$2,000 to qualify. Almost any Korea day tour, experience, or ticket passes the gate.
Why not consolidate into one order?
Because the 3 platforms are independent accounts and independent payment rails. You cannot apply KKday's discount to a Klook order. But your credit card is only one card. Whatever you swipe, it is the same card. So splitting into 3 orders, each stacked with "platform discount + card rebate" 2 layers, beats lumping into one platform with only one layer.
I ran the maths after that trip. On Thursday alone, splitting KKday + Klook into 3 orders saves about a Taipei-Kaohsiung business-class round-trip HSR ticket over the whole summer.
I cannot believe how good the rate is myself.
Every weekend, Agoda card bonus: KGI vs Sinopac vs E.Sun PK
Saturdays and Sundays are Agoda territory.
I put 3 banks' card-holder page conditions side by side. This table comes from the official discount percentages and caps from each bank's page.
| Bank / card | Discount | Cap | Scope | Stay deadline | When I would pick it |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| E.Sun Mastercard (card page) | Global hotel 16% off | USD 60 | Global | 2027/3/31 | End of August booking September-October Europe |
| E.Sun JCB (card page) | Japan hotel 14% off / global 12% off | USD 30 | Japan-strongest | 2027/5/30 | Late-summer Japan hotel refill |
| CTBC card (card page) | All cards 6% off | USD 50 | Global | 2026/3/31 | Many CTBC cards, want easy 6% direct off |
| CTBC Agoda co-brand | 10% off + A-Cash 3% | USD 100 | Global | 2027/12/31 | Heavy Agoda user |
| Sinopac BeiBei card | 8% rebate | NT$2,000 | Global | No limit | Sinopac is normal everyday card |
| Sinopac debit card (card page) | Global 15% off | NT$1,500 | Global | 2026/12/31 | Want debit, no credit limit |
| Sinopac Mastercard consumer | 15% off | NT$1,500 | Global | 2026/12/31 | Same as above |
| KGI Bank | No summer bonus | — | — | — | None |
| Mastercard general (card page) | 8% off | USD 30 | Global | 2026/12/31 | Floor option when nothing above applies |
I checked KGI Bank specifically. As of 2026/5/24, Agoda's partner-bank page has no KGI-dedicated link. The slot is empty. If you only hold KGI, the Mastercard general 8% off is the fallback path.
My selection logic:
- Under NT$40k total, under NT$10k per night → Sinopac BeiBei card 8% rebate is the best (under NT$40k = NT$3,200 rebate, over cap clawed back)
- NT$40-80k, high-priced Europe/US stays → E.Sun Mastercard 16% off, USD 60 cap lands cleanly in the NT$40-50k order sweet spot
- Over NT$80k long stays → CTBC Agoda co-brand 10% off, percentage with no cap beats flat-dollar caps
Money101's comparison sheet also points out that Sinopac BeiBei's 8% rebate counts "actual spend" on Agoda including all tax and service-fee tails. E.Sun Mastercard 16% off applies first then rebates, so bigger orders cannot grab the full rebate. That is where the gap is.
Do-not-miss point: E.Sun JCB Japan hotel 14% off launched 2026/5/16, valid for stays through 2027/5/30, but capped at USD 30. So splitting into multiple smaller bookings beats one large booking. I have already split my family's July Tokyo and August Osaka legs into 2 separate orders.
3-platform 8-week worked total: how much can summer actually save
Pure percentage talk is abstract. Let me run a realistic case. Scenario: 4 people family, summer "6/14 Okinawa 5 days + 7/19 Busan 4 days + 8/9 Hokkaido 6 days", total budget NT$180k.
| Item | Channel | Retail | Promo applied | Out of pocket | Saved |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Okinawa round-trip flights + hotel | Trip.com (Mon 10pm flash sale) | 60,000 | NT$5,000 off NT$400 + CTBC 5% | 56,700 | 3,300 |
| Okinawa JUNGLIA park | Klook Mon 11am 1/10 off + VISA 11% off | 4,800 | Buy-1-get-1 + VISA NT$150 off | 2,250 | 2,550 |
| Busan 4D3N free travel | KKday Busan day KRGOBSD | 16,800 | 4% off + Cathay CUBE 3.3% | 15,786 | 1,014 |
| Busan airport AREX combo ticket | Klook Thu overseas 8% off | 2,400 | VISA overseas 8% off + E.Sun Pi 4% | 2,120 | 280 |
| Hokkaido 6 days hotel | Agoda E.Sun Mastercard 16% off | 78,000 | 16% off (cap USD 60 = 1,800) | 76,200 | 1,800 |
| Hokkaido JR Pass + Asahiyama Zoo | KKday Thu Japan day JPDAY | 18,000 | 6% off + Cathay Shopee 7% | 17,920 + 1,255 Shopee coins | 1,335 |
| Total | — | 180,000 | — | 170,976 | 10,279 |
Whole summer, a 4 people family saves a touch over NT$10,000. Equivalent to one free Taipei-Tokyo economy round-trip ticket.
You will regret missing it.
The point is not that any single order is exceptionally deep. The point is all 6 orders stack 2 layers each: "platform discount + credit card layer". That is the opportunity the 13-week calendar laid flat opens up.
For the 6 orders detail conditions, hit 1stcoupon Klook deal page and 1stcoupon KKday deal page to cross-check each week's available codes.
APP push notification setup so you do not miss flash sales
The deepest discount items are often "Mon 10pm, limit 100 units". No notification, gone in seconds.
Trust me, I ate that loss 2 summers ago. Okinawa hotel NT$2,000 cheaper, my daughter chatted my ear for 30 minutes, I did not check the phone, item gone.
iOS / Android must-do checklist:
KKday App
- Settings → Notifications → enable "Promo Activity" and "Flash Sale"
- Favourite cities you want to go to (Busan, Seoul, Tokyo, Okinawa) → system pushes when that city runs a flash sale
- Tue 10am + Thu 10am, open the notification tray. No need to scroll daily.
Klook App
- Settings → Notifications → enable "Flash Sale" and "VIP notice"
- Add a "every Mon 11am" reminder: iOS create a calendar event with weekly recurrence, alert 15 minutes early
- CTBC LINE Pay holders, enable "LINE notification". Fri morning the code arrives direct via push.
Agoda App
- Settings → Notifications → enable "Last Chance" and "Price Alert"
- Set "drop alert" on hotels you want (only pushes when single-night drops over NT$500, no spam)
- E.Sun / Sinopac holders: enable the "Bank Promo" category
Trip.com App
- Settings → Notifications → enable "Limited-Time Promo" and "Flight Alert"
- Okinawa promo: iOS calendar event "every Mon 21:55" reminder. Open the app 5 minutes before the 10pm sale and confirm you are not logged out.
The last line of defence across Apps
- Set up a LINE group called "summer savings", add yourself. Paste the 13-week calendar there and pin it.
- Every Sunday 21:00 set a recurring calendar event "3 minutes check on next week's activity".
Rookie trap: lots of people set the notification but forget to log in. First sale you still have to register and bind cards. Mon 10pm sale opens. Registration takes 3 minutes. Items gone. Spend 10 minutes on the weekend filling in account, credit card, address for all 4 apps. Sale moment is just "pick item → pay", 2 steps.
Pro tip: also save your card's CVV in the device's secure autofill — typing it during a 30-second flash sale is the slowest part of checkout.
That Hokkaido hotel I grabbed at 50% off, the reason was account pre-bound, card pre-logged. From hitting "Buy Now" to entering OTP took 18 seconds. Other people were still typing their credit card number.
FAQ
Q1: Can I stack discounts from all 3 platforms on one order?
No. KKday, Klook, Agoda are 3 independent platforms with independent payment rails. Discounts only apply on each platform's own orders. But the same credit card can swipe all 3. Correct play is "one high-rebate card × each platform's code × 3 separate orders". Not "one order, 3 platforms' codes".
Q2: Do discount codes conflict with credit-card promos?
Mostly no. KKday and Klook codes calculate off "item price". Credit cards calculate off "swipe amount". 2 independent channels. The only exceptions: a few co-brand card promo pages explicitly state "no stacking with other codes" (some limited-quantity codes). Check the bank's card-holder page activity details before checkout.
Q3: When in summer is the best time to book?
Flights: 60 to 90 days before departure, avoid Friday or Saturday evenings. Trip.com data shows Tuesday noon fares average 8% lower. Hotels: Agoda "Stay Longer 3 nights 20% off" + E.Sun Mastercard 16% off, booking 30 days ahead is best. Park tickets: Klook Mon 11am flash sale is the week's low. Set the notification.
Q4: Can I use just one credit card?
You can. But you miss over 30% of the best combinations. Minimum recommended setup is "E.Sun card + CTBC card + Sinopac card", 3 cards covering Wed Klook, Fri Klook, weekend Agoda. The 3 cards combined cost under NT$600 per year (most are no annual fee). One summer's rebate pays them back several times over.
Q5: Is the NT$1M travel cash lottery real?
Yes. KKday official notice: every single order over NT$5,000 with travel completed before 2026/10/31 auto-enters. Draw is at 11am on 2026/11/13. Cumulative. One summer with 6 orders over NT$5,000 each = 6 lottery tickets. Out-of-pocket amount counts, not order amount. After the discount code applies, out of pocket must be over NT$5,000.
Who this calendar is not for
Honestly, this 13-week stacking calendar is not for everyone. Not for: light travellers booking only 1 to 2 orders for the whole summer. You spend 1 hour learning stacking logic to save NT$500. Hourly rate too low. People with only 1 credit card. Your stacking ceiling is that one card's rebate, gap is small. People who do not like setting up APP push. Flash sales without push notifications are irrelevant to you. Best fit: 4 to 8 orders for summer, 3 or more credit cards, comfortable with checking activity updates once a week.
Risk to call out too: flash sales hinge on luck, KKday/Klook Mon 11am flash sales with under 100 units often clear in 30 seconds. I have lost flash sales myself. Set expectation at "20 to 30% success rate" to stay sane.
